Who we are
scenogenesis.com is operated by Trousdale Digital Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office c/o Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. What we collect and why
This site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. It does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Purpose: security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@scenogenesis.com, we receive your email address, name if given and your message. Purpose: to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps toward a contract at your request.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm, about 30 minutes) to tell people from automated traffic. Because no optional cookies are used, there is no cookie banner.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, content delivery, security and email forwarding. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Our email provider (USA): stores email you send us so we can reply.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we never have.
International transfers
Information is processed in the United States and wherever Cloudflare operates. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or certification.
Retention
Cloudflare security logs are kept for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR). You may ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA). You may ask to know, delete and correct the personal information we hold, and you will not be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information.
Brazil (LGPD). You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information about sharing and revocation of consent. Our contact for these requests is hello@scenogenesis.com.
To use any of these rights, email hello@scenogenesis.com. We reply within 15 days for LGPD requests, 30 days for GDPR requests and 45 days for CCPA requests.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
